Gather

Protesting is an amazing right that United States Citizens have. However, one common goal is not enough to bring down a violent regime.

Gathering more often and creating organized and strong general strikes will be more effective to hurt our capitalistic focused government. Not all of us can afford not to take paychecks but think about all those who have not been paid just to keep our lives going. TSA is an amazing example. Only now are they getting paid but not nearly enough to make up for what they lost.

Lets gather a general strike once a day – a different day – every week. If you absolutely have to go to work then you go but try not to support any corporations on the strike days.

Millions of us are frustrated but gathering once every 4-6 months will not hurt the government or corporations. Creating a general strike even once a month would create a small dent that the corporations would feel.

Open AND ENTER the ICE facilities and free those inside. “Portland Police said officers arrested three people after the crowd repeatedly stepped onto the ICE facility’s driveway. At times, demonstrators pushed open the gates of the building before retreating into the crowd. Later, another person climbed onto a lower part of the ICE building itself before climbing back down.”
8 million people were outside the capital building – imagine if they had used their rights the way they were intended.

Can’t get to DC? Bother your local representative. Call them. Write them letters. Go to their office. You have rights.
